Policies

PAYMENTS

  1. We accept payments for your order via bank transfer or PayPal. If you live outside Malaysia, PayPal is the easiest method for you. We have three bank accounts for the purpose of bank transfer - CIMB Bank, Maybank and RHB Bank.
  2. If you have transfered the correct amount for your order, please inform us of that payment. You may do this via email. You must specify which bank account that you transfer to, the transaction number, and date/time of payment (this is for identification of your payment).
  3. Once payment is received, we will ship your order using POSLAJU.
  4. Bank account and PayPal details are as below:

* Please note that 7% charge will be applied for payment via PayPal. Payment in MYR.

ITEM RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  1. We do not accept returns or exchange EXCEPT if there was an error or mistake on our part, in which case you have 7 days to return the item to us after receiving it.
  2. In any case, if you are unable to use the product example Fenugreek Capsules after ordering, we will do a full refund. But do note, we will need 7 working days to refund you back.
  3. For Cloth Pad and Pantyliner,  due to the personal nature of the product, I do not accept exchanges or returns. All of our customers deserve a new, sanitary product. We are sure that you understand. However, if you happens to have any problem with our product, you may contact us and we will help you resolve the problem.
